Where we deliver

Within the city of Ashgabat only.

Getting the address

After you pay, you receive a gift link to send to the recipient. They enter their own address and choose a delivery time. The link is valid for 30 days.

If you already know the recipient’s details, you can enter them yourself instead.

When

Same-day delivery is available when you order before the shop’s daily cut-off; otherwise the gift goes out on the next available day. All times are Ashgabat time.

On busy dates such as March 8, Nowruz and New Year, delivery places are limited and a peak surcharge may apply. It is always shown before you pay.

On the day

The shop prepares the gift on the delivery day and calls the recipient to agree a time. The recipient never pays anything and is never asked for card or bank details.

A photo of your gift

The shop photographs the finished gift before it goes out, and we send you the photo. You get an email when it has been delivered.
