What personal data Rozelumi collects, why, and the rights you have over it, wherever you order from.
Who is responsible

About you
Your email address or phone number, to sign you in and send order updates; your orders; and any store credit. Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never receive or store your card number.
About the recipient
Name, phone number, delivery address and notes, your gift message, and the photo of the gift. These are stored encrypted and shared only with the shop delivering that order.
Why we use it
To take and deliver your order, to keep the accounting records the law requires, and to prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
Stripe (payments), Google Cloud and Supabase (hosting and database), Cloudflare (website and photo storage), Resend (email), and the partner shop delivering your order. Some of these store data outside your country.
How long we keep it
Recipient details, gift messages and gift photos are deleted 12 months after delivery. Order and accounting records, which contain no recipient details, are kept as long as the law requires.
Cookies
Only essential cookies: to keep you signed in and remember your basket and language. No analytics or advertising cookies. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used. Write to hello@rozelumi.com; we reply within 30 days.
