Who you are buying from

Rozelumi sells flowers, cakes and gifts for hand delivery in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Rozelumi is operated by Owl Apps LLC, the seller of record for every order. Our partner shops in Ashgabat make and deliver the gifts as our suppliers; your contract is with Rozelumi, not with them.

Who can order

Orders can be placed from anywhere except Turkmenistan, by people aged 18 or over, paying with a card in their own name.

What you buy

Every order is for goods listed on our website, at the listed price. We sell physical gifts only: we do not transfer money, deliver cash, or accept a payment that is not for listed goods.

Flowers and cakes are handmade from natural ingredients, so a gift may differ slightly from its photo in shade or arrangement — never in what it is.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Turkish lira if you order from Türkiye and in US dollars everywhere else. Before you pay you see the full amount: the gifts, one service and delivery fee, any add-ons you chose and, on busy dates such as March 8, a peak surcharge.

You pay by card at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. The recipient never pays anything.

Delivery

We deliver in Ashgabat only. How and when is set out in our Delivery policy.

Cancelling

You can cancel from your order page until the recipient has confirmed the delivery address. After that the shop has started preparing the gift, and a cancellation is by request to us.

Flowers and cakes are perishable and made to order, so a gift cannot be returned once it has been prepared or delivered.

Refunds

If we or a shop fail to deliver, or a gift arrives wrong or damaged, we refund the card you paid with. If you cancel yourself, you choose a refund to your card or Rozelumi store credit. Details are in our Refund and cancellation policy. Store credit can be spent on goods at Rozelumi only; it cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.

The recipient’s details

The recipient’s name, phone number and address are used only to deliver the gift. Our Privacy notice explains how they are protected and when they are deleted.

Events outside our control

If delivery is prevented by something neither we nor our shops control — severe weather, closures or official restrictions — we will offer a new delivery date or refund the order in full.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown when you placed an order applies to that order.
